Section 114.420  Redetermination of Eligibility

a)         For Family and Children Assistance cases and Transitional Assistance cases, a redetermination of eligibility shall be conducted every 12 months.

b)         For all cases, when information is received which indicates a change in eligibility or amount of assistance or change of address, a review of eligibility will be conducted within 30 days.
