Section 114.52  Social Security Numbers

a)         Applicants and recipients are requested, but not required to furnish their Social Security Numbers.

b)         GA applicants and recipients shall be advised:

1)         that disclosure of a Social Security Number is voluntary;

2)         by what statute the Social Security Number is requested; and

3)         that the Social Security Number will be used only in the administration of the GA programs.
