Section 736.500  Adequacy of Service

Each WETC will comply with the applicable service quality and consumer protection provisions contained in the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association's (CTIA) Consumer Code for Wireless Service, except that compliance with Section Nine of that Code is not required by this Part.  The Commission adopts the version in effect on January 25, 2007.  The CTIA Code may be viewed on the Commission's web site at:  http://www.icc.illinois.gov.
