SECTION 220.5 INTRODUCTION
Section 220.5 Introduction
a) This Part governs all fixed public utilities, other than pipelines transporting liquids, in reporting accidents to the Illinois Commerce Commission ("Commission").
b) As used in this Part, "public utilities" shall include all telecommunications carriers providing noncompetitive telecommunications services (see Section 13-210 of The Universal Telephone Service Protection Law of 1985, Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 111⅔, par. 13-210).
