Section 3100.460  Failure to Comply with Rules

a)         Failure of a registrant to comply with the rules as set forth herein constitutes a basis for revocation or suspension of such registrant's certificate of registration.

b)         Failure of an applicant for registration to comply with this Part as applicable to such applicant constitutes a basis for denial of such application.
