Section 3100.360  Record and Inventorying Requirements Generally

Every registrant shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record keeping and inventorying requirements of federal law, including the requirements prescribed in Part 1304 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
