Section 1250.1450  Cost Effectiveness

a)         Criteria #1:  Are less costly delivery alternatives available?

b)         Standard #1:  Scheduling, staffing patterns and hours of operation should be such to allow for efficient operation of the program.

c)         Data Factors:

1)         Hours of operation.

2)         Average number of patients seen per day.

3)         Staffing.
