Section 1170.70  Maintenance of Status as a Recognized Areawide Health Planning Organization

Annual Review of Continued Compliance:  The State Board shall annually review the certificate of recognition for each recognized areawide health planning organization.  Each areawide health planning organization shall continue to maintain their status as a recognized areawide health planning organization if there has been no significant adverse testimony or other evidence to suggest that the areawide health planning organization does not:

a)         Continue to comply with the criteria for recognition set forth in Section 1170.50 of this Part; and

b)         Continue to perform the responsibilities of a recognized areawide Health Planning Agency as set forth in Section 1170.60 of this Part.
