Section 1130.120  Introduction

Part 1130 establishes the procedures and requirements for processing and reviewing applications for permit, applications for exemptions, and other matters that are subject to the Act and to determinations by the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (HFSRB).  This Part pertains to, but is not limited to: persons and transactions subject to the Act; the requirements for submitting applications for permit or exemption; the HFSRB review process, public hearing procedures for applications and proposed rules; requirements for maintaining valid permits; declaratory rulings; and administrative hearings.
