Section 910.80  Refuse Disposal

All refuse shall be kept in watertight, fly-proof, metal or durable plastic containers.  All refuse and garbage shall be removed from work areas at least weekly and disposed at a solid waste disposal site.

AGENCY NOTE:  Solid waste disposal sites are approved by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency according to the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 111½, par. 1001 et seq.).
