Section 910.70  Sewage Disposal

All sewage including human fecal material and urine shall discharge into a sewage disposal system approved by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency or into a private sewage disposal system constructed and maintained in accordance with the Private Sewage Disposal Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 905).
