Two previous BLLs < 10 mcg/dL with no change in status of housing or potential exposure since last screening

 

One previous BLL <10 mcg/dL

 

Has the child had a previous BLL?

 

Child presents for a Well-Child Visit

between the ages of  6 and 24 months
