Section 845.270  Prohibited Work Practices

a)         No person conducting lead abatement or lead mitigation of lead bearing substances shall employ the following methods:

1)         Open flame burning;

2)         Dry sanding;

3)         Open abrasive blasting;

4)         Uncontained hydro-blasting;

5)         Methylene chloride; or

6)         Dry scraping.
