Section 790.260  Inclusion of Controlled Substances

Controlled substances listed in Schedule I of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 56 ½, par. 1100), shall be excluded.  Products in Schedules II, III, IV and V are included provided they meet all other criteria as set forth in subpart A of this Part.
