Section 698.70  Distribution of Pamphlet By Hospitals

Every hospital in this State licensed under the Hospital Licensing Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 111½, par. 142 et seq.) or "An Act in relation to the founding and operation of the University of Illinois Hospital and the conduct of University of Illinois Health Care Programs" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 23, pars. 1371 et seq.), shall provide the parents or guardians of each newborn child the pamphlet pursuant to Section 3 of the Act.  (Section 4 of the Act.)
