Section 460.10  Definitions

"Act" means "The Blood Labeling Act", approved August 18, 1972 and effective October 1, 1972  (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 620-1 et seq.).

"Department" means the Illinois Department of Public Health.
