Section 225.5000  Resident Record Requirements

The facility shall maintain resident records that are accessible to service providers. Confidentiality of residents' medical records shall be ensured.  Records shall include, but are not limited to:

a)         Medical records;

b)         Preadmission screening results;

c)         Resident initial and ongoing assessment results;

d)         Records pertaining to residents' property; and

e)         Comprehensive care plan.
