Section 245.401  Implementation

Each state agency, as defined in the State Comptroller Act, shall use, implement and comply with the accounting principles and procedures promulgated by the Comptroller, whenever reporting or accounting for any transaction involving public funds. These accounting principles and procedures shall constitute an integral part of the uniform accounting system prescribed by law.
