Section 2000.100  Invitation for Bid

The Secretary of State will advertise the bid in the official State Newspaper in accordance with requirements contained in the Illinois Purchasing Act, and use the list of prequalified Bidders of the Capital Development Board (44 Ill. Adm. Code 950).  Bidders who have failed on two consecutive occasions to return the bid form without bidding will not ordinarily be sent a bid form on the next occasion, unless the Bidder has shown in a letter to the Director of Purchasing that it wishes to be sent a bid form.
