Section 1455.170  Experience Requirements for a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License

Any person who makes application for a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License shall be required, as a pre-requisite to examination, to provide evidence of obtaining 3,000 hours of appraisal experience during no fewer than 30 months, of which 1,500 hours shall be in non-residential appraisal work, and shall submit such evidence to the Division as required by Section 1455.190.
