Section 1451.300  Extension; Expiration

All registrations under the Act and this Part shall expire annually on April 1, except for exchange company registrations.  Exchange company registrations shall expire annually on August 1 and the audit, required by Section 5-30(b)(17) of the Act, shall be reported during the month of August.
