Section 1451.10  Definitions

Unless otherwise defined or clarified in this Part, definitions set forth in the Act also apply for purposes of this Part.

"Act" shall mean the Real Estate Timeshare Act of 1999 [765 ILCS 101].

"Department" means the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

"Director" means the Director of the Division of Professional Regulation with the authority delegated by the Secretary.

"Division" means the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of Professional Regulation.

"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
