Section  1440.460  Assumed Name

If a registrant operates under any name other than that appearing on the certificate of registration, the registrant shall submit to the Division a certified copy of the registration under the Assumed Business Name Act [805 ILCS 405] at the time of the application or within 30 days after the registration.
