Section 200.301  Proration of Fees

An original storage certificate applied for and received during the 6 month renewal period ending February 28 shall be issued for the balance of the renewal period and the following full year, and the fee shall be calculated at 1½ times the fee specified in Section 200.300(e), (f) and (g) of this Part.
