Section 132.50  Revocation of Certification

The Certifying State Agency shall issue a written notice revoking certification during a certification period for any of the following:

a)         Provider meeting any of the grounds for termination set forth in 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140.16; or

b)         Provider discontinuing delivery of all Medicaid community mental health services for which the provider has been certified; or

c)         Provider being convicted of defrauding the medical assistance program under Article VIIIA of the Illinois Public Aid Code [305 ILCS 5/Art. VIIIA].
