Section 4203.230  Reports

a)         All reports shall be completed, validated and filed in an electronic format in accordance with Appendices A and B of this Part.

b)         All reports, including the consulting actuarial report and data supporting the company's most recently effective rate filing, shall be filed annually with the Secretary or Director by April 1.
