Section 4203.210  Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Part is to establish content, form and data reporting requirements for information required to be reported to the Secretary or Director of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of Insurance pursuant to Section 1204(C-5) of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5/1204(C-5)].  This Part will also establish the medium by which such information shall be transmitted to the Secretary or Director.
