Section 928.44  General Submission Deadlines

a)         Data Submission

Reports are due on a quarterly basis no later than 45 days after the quarter's end.  The reports shall be submitted electronically to the Illinois Department of Insurance through the following website: http://insurance2.illinois.gov/applications/IMPLIUCR.  Insurers are responsible for contacting the Casualty Actuarial Unit for further detail on electronic submissions.

b)         Data Reconciliation Submission

Supplement A to Schedule T Data Reconciliation Forms for the prior year shall be submitted no later than April 30 of the current year to DOI.MedMal@Illinois.gov or through mail addressed to the Illinois Department of Insurance, Casualty Actuarial Unit, 320 W. Washington St., Springfield, Illinois 62767-0001.
