Section 5040.200  Acquisition of Vehicles

CMS shall acquire or make contracts for the acquisition of all passenger cars necessary for the operations of the executive branch of State government.  In certain exceptional circumstances, CMS may acquire passenger vans designed for carrying up to 15 persons.  Vehicles will be acquired in accordance with Section 405-280 of the Law and this Part.
