Section 5040.200  Acquisition of Vehicles

DCMS shall acquire or make contracts for the acquisition of all vehicles necessary for the operations of the executive department of State government.  Vehicles will be acquired in accordance with the Illinois Purchasing Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 127, pars. 132.1 et seq.) and rules, statutes governing this Part, and with other rules applicable to State agencies.
