Section 5040.120  Applicability

a)         This Part applies to all State entities in the executive department of State government.

b)         Section 5040.210 applies to all State entities.

c)         State colleges and universities may administer their own garages and are not required to abide by rules except for Section 5040.210.

d)         Any State entity not required but desiring to use any of the vehicle services provided by DCMS must agree to follow the entire vehicle services program administered by DCMS and must abide by all applicable DCMS vehicle rules.

e)         Source of funds does not affect applicability of this Part.
