Section 1105.10 Interpretation of References
All references in 44 Ill. Adm. Code 1 to the "Chief Procurement Officer" or "CPO" shall be deemed references to the State Superintendent of Education or his or her designee. All references in 44 Ill. Adm. Code 1 to the "State" or a "State agency" shall be deemed to refer to the State Board of Education.
