Section 1075.1050  Costs of Hearing

In addition to filing fees set forth in Section 1075.100 of this Part, each party to the hearing shall be required to pay its pro rata share of expenses, including the hearing officer, transcript and such other incidental cost as may be authorized by the hearing officer or by the Director, unless waived by the Director.
