Section  1050.2180  Criminal Proceedings

In addition to any other action authorized by the Act, this Part, or other applicable law, the Director may request any law enforcement body with proper jurisdiction to initiate criminal proceedings by presenting evidence of criminal activity engaged in by any person or entity.
