Section 1050.1790  Costs of Hearing

In addition to the filing fees set forth in Section 1050.210(f) , each party to the hearing shall be required to pay its pro rata share of expenses, including, but not limited to, the hearing officer, witness and mileage fees, transcript and other incidental costs authorized by the hearing officer or by the Director, unless waived by the Director.  In determining whether to waive costs or a portion of costs, the Director shall consider the financial hardship upon the party.
