Section 1000.240  Unsafe

Unsafe is defined herein but not limited to

a)         The violation of any provision of Article 5 of the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985.

b)         The violation of any provision of Article 4, Section Section 4-15, Section 4-16 and Section 4-17 of the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985.

c)         The violation of 38 Ill. Adm. Code 1000 relating to the above provisions.
