Section 500.400  Applicability

This Subpart shall apply to hearings conducted under the jurisdiction of the Board of Savings Institutions pursuant to Section 7-23 of the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985 [205 ILCS 105/7-23] and Section 9018 of the Savings Bank Act [205 ILCS 205/9018].
