SECTION 392.220 HEARING OFFICER'S RECOMMENDATION
Section 392.220 Hearing Officer's Recommendation
a) The hearing officer's recommendation shall be in writing and shall set forth proposed findings of fact and recommended conclusions of law for review by the Commissioner.
b) The hearing officer shall submit the proposed findings of fact and recommended conclusions of law to the Commissioner within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the hearing.
