Section 392.180  Conduct of a Hearing

A hearing shall be conducted in the following manner:

a)         presentation of agreed stipulations;

b)         presentation of opening statements;

c)         case in chief of the Commissioner;

d)         case in chief of the respondent;

e)         closing argument of the Commissioner;

f)          closing argument of the respondent;

g)         rebuttal argument of the Commissioner; and

h)         presentation and argument of all motions prior to final order.
