Section 392.110  Appearances

a)         A respondent may appear on the respondent's own behalf or may be represented by an attorney.

b)         An attorney representing a respondent shall file, within 20 days from the day on which the administrative decision has been served upon the respondent, a written notice of appearance with the hearing officer which notice shall identify the attorney by name, address, e-mail address if applicable, and telephone number.
