PART 120 CURRENCY EXCHANGE ACT

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 19 of "AN ACT in relation to the definition, licensing and regulation of community currency exchanges and ambulatory currency exchanges, and the operators and employees thereof, and to make an appropriation therefor, and to provide penalties and remedies for the violation thereof" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 17, par. 4835 ).
