Section 120.270  Fine, Suspension, or Revocation of License

The Director may impose any of the sanctions authorized by Section 15 of the Currency Exchange Act if he finds that any Community or Ambulatory Currency Exchange has violated any of the aforementioned Rules. Such sanctions will be determined on an individual basis depending on the severity, nature of the violation and the operating history of the Currency Exchange.
