Section 120.220  Conviction of Crime

If any stockholder, director, officer, owner, or partner of a Community or Ambulatory Currency Exchange is convicted of a crime under any law where the crime was punishable by imprisonment in excess of one year under the law under which he was convicted, the Director may order that he divest himself of any interest that he may hold in any entity licensed by the Department.
