Section 720.103  Use of Number and Gender

As used in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 720 through   728, 733, 738, and 739:

a)         Words in the masculine gender also include the feminine and neuter genders;

b)         Words in the singular include the plural; and

c)         Words in the plural include the singular.
