Section 304.218  City of Pana Phosphorus Discharge

The general effluent standard for phosphorus as P contained in Section 304.123 shall not apply to discharges from the City of Pana wastewater treatment plant.  Instead these discharges shall comply with an effluent limitation of 2.8 mg/1 phosphorus as P as measured at the point of discharge.
