Section 301.370  Publicly Regulated Treatment Works

"Publicly Regulated Treatment Works" means those otherwise private companies which are regulated as public utilities engaged in the disposal of domestic and industrial wastes and regulated as such by the Illinois Commerce Commission, pursuant to "An Act concerning public utilities" approved June 29, 1921, effective July 21, 1921, as amended.  (Ill.
