Section 340.1250  Notifications and Reports to Individuals

a)         Requirements for notification and reports to individuals of exposure to radiation or radioactive material are specified in 32 Ill. Adm. Code 400.130.

b)         When a licensee or registrant is required pursuant to Section 340.1230 of this Part to report to the Agency any exposure of an individual to radiation or radioactive material, the licensee or registrant shall also notify the individual.  Such notice shall be transmitted at a time not later than the transmittal to the Agency, and shall comply with the provisions of 32 Ill. Adm. Code 400.130(a).
