Section 331.310  Failure By Applicant, Registrant or Licensee To Pay Prescribed Fee

In any case where the Department finds that an applicant, registrant or licensee has failed to pay a prescribed fee required in this Part, the Department will suspend or revoke, in accordance with 32 Ill. Adm. Code 200, authorization to use radioactive material, and any license issued to the applicant or licensee for which all required license fees have not been paid.
