PART 203 INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE NOMINATIONS IN CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES AND TOWNSHIPS


The General Assembly's Illinois Administrative Code database includes only those rulemakings that have been permanently adopted. This menu will point out the Sections on which an emergency rule (valid for a maximum of 150 days, usually until replaced by a permanent rulemaking) exists. AUTHORITY: Implementing Article 10 of the Election Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 46, pars. 10-1 et seq.) as amended by P.A. 83-177, effective January 1, 1984 and authorized by Section 1A-8(9) of the Election Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 46, par. 1A-8(9)).
