Section 201.10  Filing Times at the Office of the State Board of Elections

a)         Petitions for nomination to public office, including independent candidate petitions, and all petitions for nomination to political party office required by law to be filed with the State Board of Elections relating to offices to be filled or for which party nominations are to be made at the general Primary Election, shall be filed at the principal office of the State Board of Elections at 1020 South Spring Street, Springfield, Illinois 62704.

b)         During the statutory filing period, petitions will be received at the principal office of the State Board of Elections from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
