Section 575.100  Purpose

This Subpart establishes the procedures and criteria for applications submitted by eligible participants pursuant to the School Technology Revolving Loan Program established by Section 2-3.117a of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/2-3.117a].  For the purpose of the School Technology Revolving Loan Program, "laboratory schools" eligible to apply for a loan are only those schools as defined in Section 18-8.05(K) of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/18-8.05(K)].
